- Turn your mobile phones off or to silent if you are in a group class – it doesn’t matter so much if you are having a 121 but please check with your teacher before abandoning an exercise in order to answer a call. This is for safety reasons.
- 24 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment with either your teacher or therapist otherwise they will be either counted as one of your course, or will charged at the full rate. Please do not embarrass your teacher or therapist by making them have to enforce this rule by asking, please offer. (It is at the individual teachers’ or therapists’ discretion if they choose to waive this rule under exceptional circumstances)
- Please inform your teacher asap if you are unable to make your class.
