
Tai Chi
Tai Chi uses controlled breathing techniques that stretch the body, clear the mind and improve body awareness.
The slow graceful movements have helped many people improve balance, co-ordination and posture. Many doctors and physiotherapists are now recognising the benefits of Tai Chi as part of rehabilitation after injury and major operations.
Classes start with 15 minutes of Qigong (breathing exercises and warm up) followed by 45 minutes of the Tai Chi routines.
