I have worked in the fitness industry for over 10 years and have been teaching Pilates for 9 years.  I started out with a degree in sports science and working with Osteopaths as a Sports Massage Therapist (LSSM).  I now specialise in exercise for the management of lower back pain conditions (Cert.EMLBP), specific and non-specific as well as exercise for older populations and general fitness based classes. I am an associate lecturer at University College Chichester and after achieving a teaching qualification (PTLLS) I formed an alliance with FITT in 2010 to provide high quality Pilates teacher training for existing teachers who want to further their qualifications, and those wishing to start training.

 Please be aware that there is a miniature Jack Russell who 'lives' at the studio during the day.  He is very friendly but if you have a fear of or an allergy to dogs then please take this into consideration before booking.
