I have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years and teaching Pilates for around 7 years. I am also a qualified Sports Massage Therapist and have a degree in Sports Science. As a keen runner and competitive Latin-American/Ballroom dancer, I have found that Pilates has enabled me to maintain a high level of activity with less injuries and greater results.
