I have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years and teaching Pilates for 8 years.  I am also a qualified Sports Massage Therapist (LSSM) and have a degree in Sports Science.  I specialise in exercise for the management of lower back pain conditions (Cert.EMLBP), specific and non-specific as well as exercise for older populations and general fitness based classes.  After achieving a teaching qualification (PTLLS) I formed an alliance with FITT in 2010 to provide high quality Pilates teacher training for existing teachers who want to further their qualifications and those wishing to start training.
